A big thankyou to those who attended!
The Lakeview Private Administration Department recently hosted two invaluable information sessions for all the secretaries and support staff of the specialists who operate at Lakeview Private.
The sessions coincided with the launch of the Lakeview Private online admission process and were designed to ensure that patients continue to receive the very best experience during their admission to Lakeview Private.
Both sessions were extremely well attended and staff were obviously appreciative as Terri Zattera our Administration Officer took them through all areas of the Patient Admission process from submitting admission forms and consent forms as well as other important processes behind the scenes when preparing patients for admission. In addition to the practical information, the sessions provided an excellent opportunity for the Lakeview Private Admission team to meet the specialist’s teams and put faces to voices on the phone.
