Being Discharged from Hospital

Getting Home and Being Cared For

It is important to arrange for a responsible person to take you home and stay with you overnight on your first night home. If you have any problems arranging this, please let us know prior to your surgery. It is important to be aware that using transport services on your own will not align with our duty of care.
Being Discharged
