Orthopaedic Rehabilitation

  • Heart attacks and/or surgery - If you've had a heart attack or heart surgery, we provide specialised care to help you recover and improve your heart health. Our cardiac rehabilitation programs include exercise and lifestyle changes to prevent further problems.
  • Stable angina and Coronary Artery Disease - For those with chest pain (angina) or heart artery issues, we focus on controlling symptoms and improving heart function through lifestyle changes, medication and exercise.
  • Heart failure - We manage symptoms of heart failure, focusing on improving heart strength and endurance with targeted exercises and diet.
  • Pacemakers - If you’ve had a pacemaker implanted, we help you recover and adjust to life with your device, ensuring you can continue daily activities safely.
  • Diabetes and Heart Health - We manage Diabetes alongside heart conditions, using a combination of diet, exercise, and medication to keep both in check.

Our focus is on symptom management, improving strength, endurance, dietary habits, confidence and offering emotional support
  • Cancer recovery - After treatment, we help you regain strength, manage fatigue and improve overall function, guiding you back to a more active and fulfilling life.

Falls and fall-related injuries

  • Falls and fall-related injuries - If you've had a history of falls, we work with you on balance training, strength-building exercises and activity or equipment modifications to prevent future accidents.
  • Recovery after falls - If you’ve been injured from a fall, we help you recover and regain strength through targeted rehabilitation addressing strength, balance and recommendations to reduce the risk of further injuries.

Pulmonary rehabilitation

Pulmonary rehabilitation is a specialised program designed to help people with chronic lung conditions, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, pulmonary fibrosis, or after lung surgery, improve their breathing and quality of life. It focuses on exercise, education, and support to help you recover from any flare ups and manage your lung condition more effectively.
