Dr David Elliott is an anaesthetist with appointments at several private hospitals in Sydney including Lakeview Private, Westmead Private and Hunters Hill Private. He also has an appointment as an Honorary Medical Officer at Westmead Hospital involved with the teaching of undergraduate medical students. David has a particular interest in high-risk obstetric medicine and anaesthetics. He is a faculty member at the Sydney Medical Simulation Centre, involved with the obstetric anaesthetic simulation program.

David’s non-clinical roles include Chair of the New South Wales Anaesthetic Continuing Education Committee, Federal Scientific Officer of the Australian Society of Anaesthetists and Chair of Anaesthesia Continuing Education.
