Dr Fox studied medicine at Melborne University then completed his orthopaedic training at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, USA and went on to study in Boston, holding the Aufranc Fellowship at the New England Baptist Hospital.
He operates at Lakeview Private Hospital and Norwest Private Hospitals.
Dr Fox has maintained a continuous association with the training of orthopaedic registrars for over 20 years through his association with Westmead Public Hospital and has specific interest in hospital design.
