Dr Nicholas Cocco is a General and Bariatric Surgeon trained in NSW, ACT and Victoria.  He offers in-person consultations and telehealth consultations where appropriate.

He completed his fellowship in 2018 and post-fellowship training in kidney and pancreas transplantation surgery.  During this time, he completed additional work in elective, acute general, laparoscopic, and vascular surgery.

Dr Cocco joined Sydney Bariatric Clinic in 2020 and provides a range of general and bariatric/metabolic surgical procedures including:

• Bariatric/metabolic surgery – gastric sleeve, bypass surgery and revision of previous surgery
• Upper endoscopy and reflux management
• Hernia surgery – both open and laparoscopic/keyhole surgery
• Gallbladder surgery
• Medical management of obesity and post-bariatric surgery management
