Dr Ruwan Perera is a Consultant General, Laparoscopic & Endoscopic Surgeon in Bella Vista.
Dr Perera gained his qualifications as a General Surgeon in Sri Lanka in 2003. In 2006, he came to Australia with his lovely wife and three daughters to settle in Brisbane, where he completed further surgical training and became a Fellow of the Royal Australiasian College of Surgeons in 2010. Dr Perera and his family then relocated to Dubbo in 2010. In 2023, Dr Perera moved from Dubbo to Sydney where he continues to perform surgery in his specialised fields.
His three daughters have also followed in his footsteps pursuing careers in medicine and dentistry. His dedication to continued learning allows him to address the individual needs of each patient, with certified expertise and advanced clinical precision. Dr Perera demonstrates sincere and specialised care towards his patients.
